§1. General provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the website available at www.4relo.pl, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”.
  2. The Website is operated by

  4. In particular, these Terms and Conditions set out:
    1. the rules for using the Website;
    2. the rules for using the forms available on the Website;
    3. the rules for posting comments, if this functionality is available;
    4. the rules for submitting complaints concerning the operation of the Website and the services provided electronically.

§2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings given below:

  1. Website – the website available at www.4relo.pl.
  2. Operator – the entity that manages the Website.
  3. User – any person using the Website.
  4. Electronic Services – services provided electronically by the Operator via the Website, in particular enabling the browsing of content, the use of the contact form, the quote request form or the calculator, and the posting of comments, if this functionality is available.
  5. Form – an electronic form available on the Website that enables contact with the Operator or the submission of an enquiry.

§3. Type and scope of services provided electronically

  1. Through the Website, the Operator enables Users to:
    1. browse informational content and materials published on the Website;
    2. contact the Operator via the contact form;
    3. submit a request for a quote or an offer via a form;
    4. use the tools made available on the Website, including calculators or similar features;
    5. post comments under content published on the Website, if this option is enabled.
  2. As a rule, use of the Website is free of charge.
  3. The submission of a form by a User does not automatically constitute the conclusion of a contract, nor does it oblige the Operator to provide services.
  4. The information published on the Website is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, unless expressly stated otherwise.

§4. Technical requirements for using the Website

  1. The following are required to use the Website:
    1. a device with Internet access;
    2. an up-to-date web browser that supports cookies and JavaScript;
    3. an active e-mail address – when using forms that require an e-mail address to be provided.
  2. The Operator exercises due diligence to ensure that the Website can be used without interruption; however, it does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Website or the absence of technical errors.
  3. The Operator reserves the right to temporarily restrict the availability of the Website for technical or organisational reasons, or for reasons related to its development.

§5. Rules for using the Website

  1. The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law, generally accepted standards of conduct and these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Users are prohibited from providing content:
    1. that is unlawful;
    2. that infringes the personal rights of third parties;
    3. that is vulgar or offensive, or that incites hatred;
    4. that contains spam, or advertising or promotional content published without the Operator's consent;
    5. that may disrupt the operation of the Website or expose the Operator or other Users to loss or damage.
  3. The User may not take any action aimed at gaining unauthorised access to the Website, its resources or other Users' data, or at disrupting its operation.

§6. Contact form and quote request form

  1. The Website may allow messages to be sent via the contact form or the quote request form.
  2. The User is obliged to provide information that is true, up to date and not misleading.
  3. By submitting a form, the User consents to being contacted by the Operator regarding the matter to which the message relates.
  4. The Operator may leave unanswered any submissions that:
    1. are illegible;
    2. are incomplete;
    3. contain unlawful content;
    4. are unrelated to the activities of the Website or are spam in nature.

§7. Comments and content published by Users

  1. If the Website allows comments to be posted, the User bears full responsibility for the content they post.
  2. The Operator has the right to remove a comment or block its publication if the comment:
    1. violates the law, generally accepted standards of conduct or the provisions of these Terms and Conditions;
    2. contains offensive, vulgar, false or misleading content;
    3. is advertising, spam or promotional in nature;
    4. infringes the copyright or personal rights of third parties.
  3. The Operator is under no obligation to publish comments or to store them for any specific period.

§8. Copyright

  1. All content published on the Website, in particular texts, graphics, photographs, the layout of the Website, graphic elements and original materials, is protected by law.
  2. Content published on the Website may be used only within the scope of permitted use or with the prior consent of the Operator or another authorised entity.
  3. Copying, distributing or using content published on the Website for commercial purposes without prior consent is prohibited.

§9. Liability

  1. The Operator exercises due diligence to ensure that the information published on the Website is up to date and reliable; however, it does not guarantee that such information is fully up to date, complete or suitable for every individual situation.
  2. The Operator shall not be liable for:
    1. interruptions in the operation of the Website resulting from technical causes, force majeure or the actions of third parties;
    2. the consequences of the User's use of the Website in a manner contrary to these Terms and Conditions or the law;
    3. decisions made by the User on the basis of informational content published on the Website.
  3. The Operator shall not be liable for content published by Users, including comments, unless otherwise provided by law.

§10. Complaints concerning Electronic Services

  1. The User may submit a complaint concerning the operation of the Website or the services provided electronically.
  2. Complaints should be sent by e-mail to: support@4relo.pl
  3. The complaint should preferably include:
    1. details enabling the User to be contacted;
    2. a description of the problem;
    3. the date on which the problem occurred;
    4. the User's request in connection with the complaint.
  4. The Operator will consider the complaint within 14 days of the date of its receipt, unless the nature of the matter requires more time, in which case the User will be informed accordingly.

§11. Personal data and cookies

  1. The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are set out in a separate Privacy Policy available on the Website.
  2. Using the forms available on the Website may involve providing personal data necessary to handle an enquiry or to make contact.

§12. Final provisions

  1. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular in the event of:
    1. changes in the law;
    2. changes to the functionality of the Website;
    3. changes to the Operator's details;
    4. the need to clarify the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The new version of the Terms and Conditions applies from the date of its publication on the Website.
  3. Matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
  4. These Terms and Conditions are effective from 26 March 2026.
