2. Scope and purposes of data processing

Personal data may be processed in connection with the use of the website, in particular when the user:

makes contact via the contact form,
sends a request for a quote or an offer,
uses the calculator or other features available on the website,
posts a comment, where this feature is enabled,
subscribes to the newsletter, where this service is available,
uses the website and consents to certain analytics or marketing cookies.

The Controller may process data such as:

data provided in the content of a message or form,

In practice, this means that:

data from contact forms and requests for quotes is stored for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any further communication,
data processed on the basis of consent is stored until consent is withdrawn or the data ceases to be useful,
data relating to analytics and cookies is stored in accordance with the settings of the tools concerned and the lifetime of the individual cookies.

The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy and Cookie Policy, in particular in the event of:
