False economies that cost more
The most common mistake is choosing a mover purely on the lowest price in the advert. No contract means that if a wardrobe gets scratched or a TV gets smashed, there is nobody to claim compensation from. A vehicle that is too small means a second trip, which ultimately costs more than a larger vehicle from the start. And packing in bin bags and carrier bags ends in creased clothes and broken plates, because bundles like that cannot be stacked safely in the load space.

You pack and take the furniture apart yourself; we provide a vehicle with a crew, load, drive and carry everything in. This is the most popular option for student moves or a first flat.
Transport with packing of fragile items
You pack your clothes and books yourself, and we take care of the glass, mirrors and electronics. You pay for materials and labour only where the risk of damage is highest.
A flexible date
If you can shift your move by a few days, we will fit it to a day when the vehicle and crew are working in your part of the city. It is a simple way to cut travel time.

Not with us. The lower cost comes from a narrower scope of work, not from less care. The vehicle, furniture protection and contract are the same as with a full service.
Which day of the week is cheapest for a move?
It is easiest to get a convenient date from Tuesday to Thursday in the middle of the month. Fridays, Saturdays and the last days of the month get booked up fastest.
Can I help the crew with the carrying?
It is better to get everything ready in advance: empty the wardrobes, tape up the boxes and put them near the exit. That shortens the job more than carrying together, and it is safer.
Will you move just a few pieces of furniture and some boxes?
Yes, we take on small jobs too. In that case we choose a smaller vehicle and crew, so you don't pay for unused space.
Where can I get cheap boxes?
You can use your own, as long as they are sturdy and the same size, because they are easier to stack. We can also deliver moving boxes before the date.
