Where we collect new furniture from
Showroom and collection warehouse
Furniture from the display floor or the shop's warehouse. We need the order number, proof of purchase and to know whether collection requires you to be present or an authorisation.
Flat-pack furniture
Wardrobes, chests of drawers and beds in flat boxes, often a dozen or more packages for one set. We count them at collection so that none is left behind on the shelf.
Joiners and manufacturers
Made-to-measure fitted furniture, worktops and fronts straight from the workshop. We transport these items separately protected, because the lacquered surfaces don't yet have factory packaging.
Collection from the warehouse – check before you sign
A signature on the release document often means you are accepting the goods without reservation. That is why, when collecting furniture, we look over the boxes and check their number against the list on the document. If packaging is torn, crushed or damp, we report it to the warehouse staff and take a photo before the box goes into the van. We don't unpack furniture at the shop without your consent – the decision whether to make a complaint is yours.

How we protect furniture in the van
Flat packs are laid flat on an even surface so the boards don't bend. Sofas and corner sofas travel in film and blankets, strapped to the side of the cargo area. Worktops and glass stand upright with padding between them. The heaviest items are loaded nearest the cab and delicate fronts last – so that on arrival they come out first and nothing has to be moved over them.
Carrying in and assembly
When we arrive, we carry the furniture into the rooms you specify. We can also unpack it, assemble it following the manufacturer's instructions and take away the boxes, film and polystyrene – in a new flat that's usually several bags of waste with nowhere to go. Made-to-measure furniture is usually installed by the fitter, and we deliver it so that the joiner finds every part present.

If your new furniture is part of moving to a new flat, combine the collection with a home move. If the renovation is dragging on and the shop is pressing you to collect, the furniture can wait in our storage facility.

Can you collect furniture from the shop without me?
Yes, if the shop will release the goods on the basis of an authorisation or order confirmation. It's best to check the shop's collection rules before the day of the trip.
Will you assemble flat-pack furniture?
Yes, we assemble cabinets, wardrobes and beds following the manufacturer's instructions. Arrange this when booking, as assembly makes the job longer.
What if a part in a package is damaged?
We set it aside and photograph it. You make the complaint to the shop, and on request we'll take the part being replaced back on a later trip.
Will you take away old furniture when delivering the new?
Yes, if you let us know in advance. We carry out the old sofa or wardrobe on the same day and take it somewhere it can be legally accepted.
Is furniture delivery insured?
Yes, we have third-party liability insurance of PLN 500,000, and every job is documented with a VAT invoice.
