Wysoką and Ślęza
Large estates of blocks and houses right beyond the Wrocław city boundary. Many flats with lifts and underground car parks, and estate roads lined with parked cars in the evenings.
Bielany Wrocławskie
Housing estates next to the shopping centres. At weekends and before public holidays, traffic around the shops makes the journey longer.
Domasław and Tyniec Mały
Detached, semi-detached and terraced houses. Larger volumes, garages and gardens, and new streets on the edges of the built-up area.
Kobierzyce and outlying villages
Houses on larger plots in Pustkow Zurawski, Magnice or Krzyzowice. Longer driveways and entrance gates that need checking.
Access and traffic around Bielany
The biggest logistical challenge in the municipality is traffic. The area around the A4 motorway junction at Bielany Wrocławskie and the roads from Krzyki to Wysoką and Ślęza are congested at rush hour, and on Saturdays around the shopping centres as well. We plan moves from Wrocław to Wysoką or Domasław so that the journey falls in the morning or the middle of the day. The upside of the location is quick access to the A4 and the S8 expressway towards Kłodzko, which makes moves further south and to the Czech Republic easier.
Business moves in the industrial zone
Bielany Wrocławskie, Biskupice Podgorne and the route to Kobierzyce are home to logistics centres, production plants and offices. We handle relocations within the zone, from Wrocław to a new hall and the other way round. Outside rush hour, around a quarter of an hour from the southern districts. At peak times and on Saturdays near Bielany, it can take noticeably longer, which is why we plan the travel times.
