Moving a plant is a decision that affects a company's results for several weeks. Every day a line stands still means orders not shipped, and every badly planned transport means the risk that a machine will not get back to its specifications once it is set up again. Production relocation in Wrocław and in the industrial zones around the city – in Bielany Wrocławskie, Biskupice, Kąty Wrocławskie or Długołęka – calls for a plan in which transport is just one of the elements.
Where we start
The first step is a site visit to your current hall and the new facility. We check the entrance gates, floor load capacity, aisle widths, loading ramps and docks, clear height and whether a vehicle can drive straight into the hall. At the same time, we collect a list of equipment from the client with weights, dimensions and technical documentation. On that basis, we draw up a schedule that fits transport around the production plan, not the other way round.

What we move besides machinery
Stock and raw materials
Pallets of material, components in containers, semi-finished products. Every load unit is labelled with its destination zone, so the warehouse at the new plant can work straight away.
Tool room
Moulds, jigs, dies and tool cabinets. We pack precision items separately and transport them in the position specified by the user.
Support areas
Racking, workbenches, and fittings from the production office, changing rooms and quality control laboratory.
How to shorten downtime
- Move lines in the order in which they can restart – first those that feed the next workstations.
- Get the new hall ready in advance: utility connections, foundations and floor markings.
- Set aside a stock of finished goods ready for dispatch for the duration of the move.
- Store rarely used equipment and stock in a warehouse instead of moving it at the peak of the work.
- Book the manufacturer's service team for the start-up days, not for transport day.

Documents and liability
We carry out the relocation under a contract that sets out the scope, the sequence and the division of responsibilities. Property in transit is protected by our carrier's liability insurance of up to PLN 500,000. For higher-value equipment, we discuss additional insurance with the client before work begins. Production relocation – questions
How long does it take to move a production plant?
From a few days for a small workshop to several weeks for multiple lines. The time is determined mainly by disassembly, connection and start-up, not by the journey itself.
Do you disconnect the machines from the power supply?
No. Utilities are disconnected and reconnected by qualified people on the client's side or by the manufacturer's service team. We prepare the equipment for transport and position it in its new location.
Can production be moved in stages, without shutting down the whole plant?
Yes, that is a common option. We divide the schedule into stages that correspond to lines or departments.
What about equipment that won't be going to the new hall?
We can keep it in storage until it is sold, or arrange for it to be taken away.
Do you work with plants outside Wrocław?
Yes – all of Lower Silesia and the rest of Poland, as well as relocations to Germany and the Czech Republic.
