House moving Wrocław
A house accumulates things differently from a flat. Besides the rooms, there is the garage, the loft, the boiler room, the tool shed and the terrace with garden furniture – places that are easy to forget when counting boxes. So we plan house moving in Wrocław by walking round the whole property, not by listing the living-room furniture. We work with houses in Sępolno, Biskupin and Leśnica, as well as in the municipalities outside the city: Kiełczów, Smolec, Siechnice and Żerniki Wrocławskie.

Walking round the property before the quote
For a detached house, a phone consultation is rarely enough. We usually suggest a pre-move survey or a video call, during which we go through every room, including the ones nobody ever looks into. We ask about the stairs to the attic, the width of the garage door, heavy equipment in the cellar and what is staying behind for the new owners – a fitted kitchen, built-in wardrobes or light fittings.
The order: from the loft to the garden
We pack a large house zone by zone. First the loft, cellar and garage – things the family can manage without for a few days. Then the rooms used less often, and finally the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. We leave the garden and terrace until loading day, because garden furniture and planters have to be protected and placed in the vehicle either last or first – depending on where they will go in the new house.
Garage, workshop and garden – what to prepare
Petrol-powered equipment
A lawnmower, strimmer or generator must be drained of fuel before transport. Transport petrol cans and barbecue gas bottles separately – we don't carry them together with furniture.
Chemicals and paints
Leftover paint, plant protection products and solvents are better used up or taken to a recycling point than moved to the new house. One leaking tin can ruin a whole box.
Garden
We empty large planters of soil or, if agreed beforehand, move them whole. We clean garden furniture before packing so it doesn't soil the upholstery in the vehicle.
A house move in two days
For houses with more than a few rooms, we usually book two days. On the first day we pack, dismantle furniture and load part of the load; on the second we finish loading, transport everything and reassemble the furniture in the new place. That way, on the evening of the first day, the family still has somewhere to sleep. If you sell your house before you can move into the new one, some of your belongings can wait in our storage facility. It's also worth making an initial check of the volume with our calculator – for houses, the result is often surprisingly high, mainly because of the garage and loft.

Will you come and see the house before giving a quote?
Yes, for detached houses that's the best approach. The alternative is a video call in which you show us all the rooms and buildings on the property.
Will you move garden furniture and a trampoline?
Yes. We take apart a trampoline or gazebo if it can be done without damaging the parts. It's worth finding the instructions beforehand or taking photos of the joints.
What about things I'm not taking?
We can take them away on moving day or on a separate date. Electrical equipment and bulky waste are taken to places where they can be legally accepted.
Can you reach a new property with no made-up road?
It depends on the state of the road and the weather. On new housing estates outside Wrocław, we check access before the date and, if necessary, plan to unload with a smaller vehicle.
Is a house move insured?
Yes. We work under a contract with a VAT invoice and have third-party liability insurance of PLN 500,000.
