How does an office relocation work?
Contact and quote
Call or message us – we'll discuss the scope of the move, the number of rooms, the amount of equipment and your preferred date. Based on this, we'll prepare a free quote and select the right crew and vehicles.
Planning and preparation
Your move coordinator agrees the schedule with you to keep office downtime to a minimum. We deliver packing materials and keep you informed about each stage in advance.
Packing and disassembly
We professionally pack documents, office equipment and furnishings. We dismantle the furniture and label every part, so that reassembly at your new premises goes smoothly and without chaos.
Transport, unloading and reassembly
Your belongings, securely wrapped, are loaded onto the vehicle, we drive to your new premises and carry everything to where you want it. We assemble the furniture and set up the equipment according to your plan – your office is ready for work. We handle office moves all over Wrocław: from tenement buildings in the very centre, through office blocks on Legnicka, Strzegomska and Powstańców Śląskich streets, to business complexes in Bielany Wrocławskie and near Bema. We know the constraints that usually only come as a surprise on moving day — narrow stairwells in old buildings, restricted vehicle access around the Market Square and Nowy Targ, and goods lifts available only at set times. Ahead of the date, we agree with the building management on lift access, a parking space for the vehicle and the rules for protecting common areas. If your team's work can't stop for the move, we relocate the office in the evening or at the weekend — by Monday morning the workstations are ready to use. We have our own warehouse in Wrocław, so when your old premises have to be handed back before the new ones are ready, your equipment waits with us — with documented check-in and check-out, under CCTV. The whole move is managed by a single coordinator, even when part of the property travels further, to Germany or the Czech Republic.
