Moving in Białystok
Białystok is one of the major cities furthest from Wrocław. That is exactly why Białystok–Wrocław moves need a plan, not just an available vehicle. Over 500 km on the S8
From Wrocław, we take the S8 expressway via Sieradz and Piotrków to Warsaw, skirt the centre of the capital on the ring road, and then the same S8 leads via Wyszków and Zambrów straight to Białystok. That is about 540 km of good road, but getting round Warsaw at rush hour can add an hour or more. A loaded vehicle needs practically the whole day for this route, and the drivers have to take the statutory breaks.
How we split the work
The afternoon before departure
For larger flats, we come the day before to pack glassware, paintings and books and to dismantle wardrobes. In the morning, only the loading is left.
The day on the road
We set off first thing to avoid the rush hour on the Warsaw ring road. The load is strapped down and separated with blankets for the whole journey.
Unloading
The next morning, we carry your belongings in, assemble the furniture and position it as you wish. Boxes go to the rooms written on their labels.
Białystok – from wooden houses to new estates
The city is green and spread out, and its housing is very varied. In Bojary there are still wooden houses and low tenements on narrow streets, where a large vehicle has to take care on the corners. The centre around Kościuszko Market Square and Lipowa Street has pedestrian zones, a paid parking zone and restricted access. Antoniuk, Dziesięciny, Wysoki Stoczek and Słoneczny Stok are large estates of blocks of flats, where many people live on the fourth floor with no lift. On the outskirts – in Bacieczki, Wygoda, or in Wasilków and Choroszcz outside the city – new houses and estates are going up.

When collecting keys and moving out fall on different days
Over such a long distance, it doesn't make sense to go back for part of your belongings. If your flat in Wrocław won't be ready for another week, the load stays in our warehouse and we deliver it on the agreed day. We describe the storage terms on our storage page. Many people from Podlasie also choose to have us do the packing – then all you need to do is arrive in Wrocław to a finished job.

How many days does a move from Białystok to Wrocław take?
Usually two: packing, loading and the drive on the first day, unloading and assembly on the second. For a large house, we add a packing day beforehand.
Can you pick up belongings from Warsaw on the way?
Yes, Warsaw is on the route. We add the extra loading address to the plan and the quote.
Can you move old furniture from a wooden house?
Yes. We move old wardrobes and dressers in one piece if the doors allow it, and if not, we carefully take them apart where the construction permits.
