Moving in Siechnice
Siechnice municipality borders the south-eastern edge of Wrocław and has for years been one of the fastest-growing places in Wrocław County. Many families move here from flats in Krzyki or Brochów to houses in Radwanice, Iwiny or Żerniki Wrocławskie. Moving in Siechnice therefore usually brings two worlds together: a block of flats in the city on one side, and a house with a garden – sometimes still being finished – on the other.

Moving to a new house outside Wrocław
Most jobs in the municipality are moves to newly built houses or houses bought from a developer. There are a few things worth bearing in mind. The road on a new estate may still be unsurfaced, and after rain a heavy vehicle may struggle to get up it – before the date, we check access or ask you for photos. If the final work on the house is still under way, it is best to carry furniture into the finished rooms and store the rest. A house usually has more space than your previous flat, so the move is also a good opportunity to collect any new furniture from the shop at the same time.
When the house isn't ready in time
Delays in handing over a house are common. If you have to give up your flat in Wrocław earlier, your belongings can wait in our warehouse, and we will deliver them to your new address once the work is finished. Details are on our storage page.
Access and working time
From the southern and eastern districts of Wrocław, most places in the municipality are between ten minutes and around half an hour away. However, traffic builds up on the roads out of the city during the evening commute, especially towards Radwanice and Siechnice. So we start loading in the city in the morning, so that unloading at the house finishes before the afternoon peak. For moves from more distant parts of Wrocław, such as Leśnica, we use the ring road instead of driving through the centre.

Usually yes, but after heavy rain it can be risky for a heavier vehicle. We check the conditions before the date and, if necessary, choose a smaller vehicle.
