The shop only delivers to the building. We arrange to come at the delivery time or just after, so the packages don't stand outside for long.

Changing floors in the same building

Wrocław stairwells
Every type of building presents a different challenge when carrying furniture in. In the tenements of Nadodrze and Przedmieście Oławskie, the stairs are steep and winding, and high ground floors and half-landings make the way up longer. In the prefabricated blocks of Kozanów or Gaj, the lifts are small and fit a chair at most, so large furniture goes up the stairs anyway. On new estates in Jagodno or Maślice the lifts are bigger, but the corridors are narrow and the flat doors have high thresholds.
Before you book – measure three places
- The tightest turn in the stairwell – often the half-landing, not the front door.
- The doors to the flat and the room – the clear width; removing the door leaf gains a few centimetres.
- The lift car – width, depth and height, if the furniture is to go up in the lift.
Compare these measurements with the largest package or with the piece of furniture once assembled. A boxed sofa is often shorter than it is with the back fitted, and a wardrobe may only go in in parts. If something doesn't add up, let us know in advance – we'll bring tools to remove the legs or doors of the furniture.

Yes, carrying alone is a separate service. We price it according to the number and weight of the items, the floor and lift access.
Do you carry furniture to high floors with no lift?
Yes. For heavy furniture and high floors we send more people, so those carrying can take turns and avoid the risk of a fall on the stairs.
What if a piece of furniture won't fit up the stairwell?
We try to remove any parts that can be safely unscrewed. If that doesn't help either, we leave the furniture somewhere safe and let you know straight away – we don't force it through.
Can you arrive at the same time as the shop's delivery?
Yes, if the shop gives a delivery time window. It's worth giving us the driver's number so we can coordinate our arrival.
Will you assemble the furniture after carrying it in?
Yes, if we agree this in advance. We then bring tools and add the assembly time to the quote.
