What sets a move across the country apart from a local one is, above all, the planning. Two dates in two different cities have to be coordinated, allowing for the travel time and the fact that the crew won't be back at base the same day. That is why, for moves within Poland, we fix the loading date and the delivery date in advance rather than giving you a date range – so you can plan handing over your flat or collecting the keys around them.

What a domestic move includes
One trip, no reloading
Your belongings aren't sent as part of a shared load, and they don't sit in someone else's warehouse waiting for a route to fill up. The load travels door to door in the same vehicle, which saves time and reduces the risk of damage.
Loading date and delivery date
We agree specific days, not a window of “sometime next week”. That way you can plan handing over your old flat and taking over the new one around them.
Packing and materials
Boxes, bubble wrap, stretch film and packing fillers. On longer routes we protect everything more thoroughly than for a move within the city – the load spends several hours on the road.
Furniture disassembly and reassembly
We take furniture apart before transport and put it back together at the destination. Fittings are packed separately and labelled, so that after arrival nobody has to search the whole vehicle for a single screw.
Storage between dates
When you move between cities, the dates rarely line up perfectly. We can keep your belongings in our warehouse and deliver them on the agreed day.
Contract, invoice and insurance
We work under a contract and issue a VAT invoice, and the goods in transit are insured – we agree the scope of cover before departure.
Home moving across Poland
The most common reason for a move within Poland is a change of job or a return to your home town. It usually goes like this: packing and loading in the morning in the city you are leaving, then the journey, and unloading the same evening or the next morning – depending on the distance. For routes over 500 km we schedule delivery for the following day, so that furniture isn't being carried in late at night.
Before moving between cities, it's worth checking two things: whether the lift in the new building can be booked, and whether a larger vehicle will fit outside the entrance. If not, we choose a smaller vehicle or plan to transfer the load on site – it's better to know this in advance than on moving day.
Business and office relocation across Poland
Relocating a business to another city is an operation that takes weeks to plan. We draw up a schedule broken down into stages, pack workstation by workstation and label every box, so that on arrival everything ends up at the right desk. We work evenings and weekends if the business can't put its operations on hold.
We move office furniture, computer equipment, server rooms, archives and documents, as well as machinery and production lines that need to be dismantled. When relocating production facilities, we work out the order for shutting down and restarting equipment together with your technical department.

Moving across Poland – frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to move to another city?
The price depends on the volume of the load, the distance, and the floor and lift access at both properties. Moving two rooms 300 km is priced differently from moving a house 700 km. We give you the exact amount in a free quote.
Do my belongings travel with other customers' loads?
No. Your entire load travels on a separate trip, door to door, with no reloading and no waiting for the route to fill up.
How long does a move between cities take?
On routes of up to around 400 km, loading and unloading usually fit into a single day. Beyond that distance, we schedule delivery for the following day.
What if I can't receive my belongings on the delivery day?
We'll keep them in our warehouse and deliver them on an agreed date. You pay for the actual storage time.
Do you do the packing, or do I need to pack myself?
Both options are possible. We can pack your entire flat or supply materials so you can pack yourself. For longer routes we recommend leaving the packing to us – the load spends several hours on the road.
Are my belongings insured during transport?
Yes. We agree the scope of cover before the move and set it out in the contract.
Do you issue VAT invoices?

How far in advance should I book?
For moves within Poland, ideally two to three weeks ahead, because the vehicle and the crew are tied up for two days. In the summer season, dates book up faster.
