Moving in Poznań
Poznań is the nearest large city to Wrocław outside Lower Silesia and one of the routes we drive most often. Poznań–Wrocław moves usually fit into a single working day: loading in the morning, the drive at midday, carrying in and assembling furniture in the afternoon. We move people in both directions, and from Poznań to other parts of the country as well.
The S5 – two hours with no traffic lights
The S5 expressway runs from Wrocław via Trzebnica, Rawicz, Leszno and Kościan straight to the junction with the A2 motorway near Poznań. That is about 180 km and roughly two hours' drive. For the customer, this means something simple: there is no need for the crew to stay overnight or to spread a flat move over two days, and your load spends only a short time on the road.

Poznań's paid parking zone covers not only the very centre, but also a large part of Jeżyce, Łazarz and Wilda. In these areas, many streets are one-way, with parking on both sides. It is a good idea to agree in advance with your neighbours or the building manager where the vehicle will park, as carrying furniture from the next street along makes the job longer and more expensive.
In Rataje and Winogrady, there are many five-storey blocks with no lift, built at a time when no one foresaw corner sofas and three-metre sliding wardrobes. The stairwells there are narrow and the half-landings short. We dismantle large furniture while still inside the flat, and two of us carry fridges and washing machines down on straps, with the banisters and walls protected.

In the vast majority of cases, yes. The exceptions are large houses, full packing of all belongings or difficult carrying in at both ends.
