1. Who processes your data

2. Why and on what legal basis

   If you order a move:

   Name, phone number, e-mail, addresses, floor area and notes — to prepare a quote and provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract). Accounting documents — because tax law requires it (point c).

   Your data is passed on to the person whose referral code you entered only on the basis of your separate consent (point a), given when ordering. Without consent, the referrer sees only your initials, city and order status. You can withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before.

   If you refer clients:

   E-mail address, password (stored as an irreversible hash) and referral code — to maintain your account (point b). Payout details (full name, address, tax ID, bank account number, settlement method) — to pay out commission and settle it for tax purposes (points b and c).

   Records of clicks on your link (date, hash of the IP address, the page the visit came from) — to calculate statistics and detect abuse (point f, our legitimate interest). We do not store IP addresses directly, only an irreversible hash.

3. How long we keep data

   Account — until deleted, then for a further 3 years (limitation period for claims). Accounting documents and payout details — 5 years from the end of the tax year (legal obligation). Move request data — for the duration of the job and 3 years afterwards. Click records — 12 months. Data passed to a referrer with consent — until consent is withdrawn.

4. Who we share data with

   The company hosting our server, our accounting firm, the bank (for commission transfers) and our e-mail provider — each only to the extent necessary for its task. The referrer — only with your consent (see point 2). We do not sell data or transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

5. Your rights

   You have the right of access to your data and to a copy of it, the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

   Requests: support@4relo.pl — we reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

6. Cookies

   Session cookie (essential) — keeps you logged in and is removed when you log out. Referral code cookie — remembers for 30 days whose link you came from, so that the referral can be attributed. This cookie is not essential for the site to work, so we only set it with your consent; without it, you can simply enter the code manually in the form.

   We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

7. Automated decisions

   We do not profile you or make decisions solely by automated means. Order statuses and commission decisions are made by people at 4RELO.

8. Referrer's obligations regarding client data

   A referrer who receives a client's data with their consent becomes a separate controller of that data. They may use it only to confirm the referral and settle commission. They may not pass it on, use it for their own marketing or keep it longer than necessary.
